Our office takes a limited number of Personal Injury Cases each year in order that you get the one on one attention your case and your family deserve.
One example of an office policy is that if you are done treating (meaning you don’t need any more short term medical attention), we won’t let your case sit there for the 2 year statute of limitations. We file the case with the court early if we haven’t been successful in getting a reasonable offer from the insurance company agent. We do this because we know you want to get the case behind you with the best settlement as soon as possible.
